My life was transformed when I went through all of these processes and that is why I created this custom workshop. The stuck emotions from my past were like anchors that were holding my body back from reaching new higher vibrational frequencies. Once I removed these anchors and learned how to handle them daily so I wouldn't acquire new anchors again, my life has taken off. I'm so much happier!
